Daniel joined Slater Heelis in 2016 and heads up our busy Property Litigation team and is based at the Manchester office.
He trained in London and has significant expertise in commercial, insolvency, banking and real estate litigation, advising both national UK and overseas clients on a wide range of residential and commercial property related contentious issues. He is known for his clear, pragmatic and cost effective solutions to complicated issues and his pro-active approach to resolving disputes.
His client base ranges from FTSE companies to SMEs, high-net worth landlords and investors, and he is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 law directory and is described as “focused and dedicated to any cause.”
Daniel has experience working with professional sports clubs and individuals. He recently acted for another premier league footballer, this time successfully settling a property dispute for 30% of the sum demanded. Both the client and his agent were delighted with the outcome which resolved what was a very stressful matter.
